How will I access my video?
Once your videos are ready to be delivered, I will email you a password-protected online gallery where free downloads.
When will I receive my video?
You should expect to receive your online gallery 1-2 weeks succeeding the date of our videoshoot.
A quick 2-day delivery is available for an additional fee of 50% base package price.

What is the cancellation policy?
I require a 2-week notice in advance in order to withdraw from a videoshoot. The 50% deposit however is non-refundable, but can be used for a future shoot.

Can I receive the non-edited videos?
do not send the non-edited videos for a few reasons. For a given shoot, I take an average of 100-150 videos which is a large amount of data to upload online. The file sizes are large and cannot be altered without specialized computer programs for video-editing.
Furthermore, non-edited videos do not represent my artistic abilities. They are generally unsaturated, dark or overexposed to preserve information prior to post-processing. RAWs look completely different from the fully edited videos I will provide you.
Lastly, from a videographer's perspective, the fully edited videos is what I consider my craft—and is ultimately why you may choose to work with me. When you pay for videography, you are paying for the final images. Posting or using non-edited videos in any way may ultimately be harmful to my brand as non-edited videos do not represent my work or services.

Can I request more videos?
If you'd like additional videos after receiving your gallery, we can setup a Zoom call meeting and go over all the videos taken from our shoot. These operations are charged extra.
